This covers this website, settleable.vertexresolution.com. It's a plain-English placeholder, and the final policy replaces it before Settleable takes on clients. What happens to client data inside the product is set out in each client's agreement.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: name, company, role, work email, whether you're on Forth CRM, a rough client count, and your message.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you around the web. This site sets no cookies of its own. No ads, no trackers.

Why

To reply to your demo request and set a time. We don't sell your details. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The form goes to amer@vertexresolution.com, either through our email provider or from your own email app. Cloudflare serves the site. Both work for us, for this and nothing else.

How long we keep it

As long as we're talking about a demo or working together. Not longer than we need.
